My Mother arrived in Charlotte finally aboard Jet Blue out of Boston and excrutiatingly long delays at Logan Airport. The torential rain that hasn't let us since May made no exception on her first day of travel in a number of years. Her departing 3:30pm flight finally arrived in Charlotte at 9:30pm.

After trying to get a restful night's sleep (Magic adopted Mother immediately and has been sharing her bed), we had Heather and family on Friday and Samantha's birthday on Sunday along with a visit to Heather's on Monday and a few fireworks with Brittany and a Friend on the 4th of July.
